Cancellation and refund policy.

What this covers
Paid services sold by Manan Awasthi, a sole proprietor based in India: the tool-call audit (USD 499) and the assisted pilot (USD 2,500 for up to three action tools, plus USD 499 for each further tool). The public sample and the free policy check on this website are free, so no refunds apply to them.
Tool-call audit (USD 499)
- Within 7 days of payment: ask by email for a full refund, for any reason, including if your report has already been delivered.
- If we cannot support your tool: if setup shows that your tool or policy is outside what the audit covers, we refund in full.
- After 7 days: fees are not refundable, except as described above.
Assisted pilot (from USD 2,500)
- Before the kickoff session: you may cancel at any time by email and receive a full refund.
- After kickoff: you may cancel by email. We stop work, and the fee is not refunded except in the cases below.
- If we are late: if we have not delivered the report within 30 days of receiving your policy text and a working test connection, and the delay is not caused by you, you may cancel for a full refund.
- If we cancel: if we cannot start or finish your pilot for any reason, we refund the full fee.
After delivery
The service is delivered digitally. Delivery does not remove the tool-call audit's 7-day refund right or any other refund case listed above. Outside those cases, fees are not refundable after delivery. If a report contains a material error, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.
How refunds are paid
We issue approved refunds through the original payment provider, in the original currency, within 7 business days of approval. PayPal, your bank or your card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. For international payments, the amount you receive can differ because of exchange rates and bank charges outside our control.
How to ask
Email us from the address you paid with and include the invoice number or payment reference. Our contact details are on the Contact page. We reply within two business days. After a full refund, any remaining included audit work and paid workspace access end.
Governing law
This policy is part of our Terms and conditions and is governed by the laws of India. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable Indian law.
